@hosun_chung Notice how logos recently all look the same?

Alexandra Greifeld Fashion brands: are you falling for the biggest myth about Meta ads?

@PrestonRuther10 Chubbies was acquired for 9 figures and went through a 10 figure IPO - your classic overnight success that took a decade. As a brand builder, the stat that completely changed my approach to brand building was the 95/5 rule.

Barry Hott I have to vent about Meta again.

@ImChaseMohseni Your product should only have answers for your customers. If anything you add makes them ask a question - you've failed at your UX.

Ashvin Melwani Everyone obsesses over Meta ads and TikTok Shop

@EcomRedneck Thoughts on testing same product in 3 different ad accounts, for same store.

After 1,000+ hours creating Gen AI images and videos, here’s an overview of my key learnings for those of you who are just getting started.

IMAGE CREATION

--> Text to image prompting is incredibly powerful. Adding reference images to your prompts can work very well when you have a good source to draw from.

--> The more specific your prompts (subject, scene, lighting, style, composition), the better the output.

--> AI gets weird with abstract or surreal prompts; it struggles to ā€œinventā€ convincingly, so be aware when asking for things it hasn't been trained on.

My go-to tool: MidJourney.

Why? It’s affordable, user-friendly, and great for iterating on a single concept, editing specific regions, or expanding the size of an image.

VIDEO CREATION

--> Tools that generate videos from text (like Sora) exist but mostly I like to use image-to-video tools.

--> Seed the video with an image as the starting frame and use a prompt to explain what's happening in the scene.

--> It's critically important that you use clear, precise descriptions to describe the camera movements, like zoom 10%, slowly dolly, rotate 90 degrees, etc.

My go-to tool: Kling Pro on Replicate

Why? I consistently get excellent quality videos, with good adherence to my prompted instructions.
